2) Know Your Limits: The problem with freelancing is that a person tends to think that they can do anything and everything. If you are in a company, your skillsets are already decided upon and your work responsibilities are given to you within the first week. When you are freelancing, the biggest problem is that you are the only person who decides whether you can do a particular job, and by the time you find out that you cannot do it, it's too late.
